Today we explored relation between 3D objects and their flat representation.
We have tested how 3D objects look from their sides, top, bottom, learned what a section through an apple looks like and then even checked what it tastes like! The apple sections mysteriously disappeared… ☺
Then we focused on turning flat paper cube nets into 3D cubes , making shapes out of them and checking what their elevations look like.
All kids cut and constructed their cubes with amazing precision!
