The concept was to create 3 dimensional forms, using simple square elements.
Children learned new skill, preparing elements using a safe rotary cutter.
Next challenge was how to connect the elements. Using interlocking cuts the new shapes came to life. Some wit a bit of masking tape or staples, but it all held well.
A bit tricky at first, but the patience paid of and we achieved some nice forms, some geometric, some free form, some creating exciting headgear!
