The workshop came with a double challenge:
kids learned how to make versatile, rigid straws out of recycled magazines and newspapers, then used the manufactured tubes in their designs.
Children have learned, that thin sheets of paper can be transformed into strong construction elements. We explored different techniques of making the design more stable and tried to apply that knowledge in practice.
Some of the creations were so big, that we could not fit them on the table!!!
Well done everyone, you really used your imagination and came up with great projects!
