We had great fun creating urban spaces full of plants and trees.

The Challenge was how to build a house on a small parcel of land and maximise the amount of greenery surrounding it, so it would feel pleasant and improve our environment.

As the pollution in the cities gets worse, we have to make sure, that we do everything we can to make the place we live in as eco friendly as possible.

Children have made an amazing green city, with buildings surrounded by beautiful gardens, surrounded by trees and filled with grass, shrubs and flowers. Tall dwellings had terraces and roofs covered in greenery. 

Some projects included  water features: fountains, waterfalls and ponds to attract birds and make us feel calmer and happier (the kids explained).

I was impressed how many children managed to create an oasis on green in a really small space! Let’s hope that our cities will become greener and more eco friendly!!
