During Tuesday, 23rd February Workshop we were exploring different ways of measuring objects, people and our surroundings. The door was 2 metres high and the table was 60 cm or… 5 Noah’s hands wide!!!
We have discovered how high we are and how wide we can reach our hands. Everyone was different!
Kids got very excited during measuring the room with themselves and then a metric tape.
We experimented with measuring our drawings with paper people.
We even got one 3D house drawing with a pocket for keeping our paper people safe!
With a string, steps, hands and measuring tapes all got a good feel of the space around them.
